eSyncTraining (eSync) is now CoSo Cloud, LLC

As of March 1, 2019, eSyncTraining has been acquired by CoSo Cloud LLC.

Who is eSyncTraining?

Founded in 2009, eSyncTraining (eSync) builds custom applications, tools, and platforms that improve critical functions and workflows for organizations who are working in or moving to a virtual learning environment. eSync’s offerings extend the power of Adobe Connect with cutting-edge solutions for the virtual meeting and classroom.

Mike Kollen was inspired to establish eSync after implementing the first synchronous learning program at UC Irvine. He was driven to solve the everyday frustrations and needs that arise in large enterprise learning initiatives. Since then, Mike and his team of developers have crafted products, services and integrations for Adobe Connect that allow hosts to create a well-rounded eLearning environment, with solutions ranging from gamification, 508 compliance, SSO, video conversion tools, 150,000 attendee broadcast sessions, LMS and API integrations, and more.

Why did CoSo acquire eSyncTraining?

By bringing CoSo and eSync together, the combined company can now provide organizations of any size an even broader offering of highly secure, custom-crafted environments for any Adobe Connect deployment. CoSo is the trusted managed service provider for Adobe Connect customers who need the highest security and reliability for their virtual training and high consequence meetings, customized to organization-specific use cases. eSync brings a suite of applications, integrations and engaging Adobe Connect interaction tools that enhance the learning experience and make virtual meetings and training sessions engaging. Additionally, eSync has built extensive API integrations that provide the interface between top learning management systems (LMS) such as Captivate Prime, Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, SumTotal, SAP SuccessFactors, SABA and Adobe Connect.   

Adobe Connect partners will benefit from a single source supplier to assist them in selling and supporting managed and professional services to their customers. Adobe Connect customers gain an expanded resource pool of expertise with enterprise customer service, and support on a 365 x 24 x 7 global basis. CoSo plans to invest even more in Adobe Connect, eLearning, and solution experts to help solve problems and implement custom offerings to meet the needs of even the most complex user.

Does anything change for existing CoSo Cloud customers?

CoSo Cloud customers will continue to experience the same trusted managed service and support with the industry’s highest 99.99% SLA guarantee and a dedicated Customer Success Manager. With the addition of eSync offerings, CoSo customers will gain greater and broader options for their cloud deployments to ensure high return-on-investment on their eLearning programs.

Will CoSo continue to support eSync offerings?

CoSo plans to continue to support all eSync offerings and will assume all eSync customer and partner contracts. eSync customers and partners will continue to enjoy a strong relationship with the same personnel they collaborate with today. Access to eSync products and services will continue without change. As CoSo integrates the sales and support teams, eSync customers will receive access to CoSo Cloud’s enterprise customer support team for any questions or issues. 

I am an Adobe Connect partner. What changes will there be in my partnership with eSync or CoSo?

CoSo is integrating the CoSo and eSync offerings into a single sales and support organization. Adobe Connect partners are assured of having a single point of contact for all product and service offerings.  CoSo’s Chief Revenue Officer, Jim Seaman, will continue to lead the Sales and Customer Success teams, now inclusive of both organizations. 

Who is my point of contact for my existing eSync Products and Solutions?

There is no change to your eSync Partner Manager or Account Manager at this time. CoSo will be briefing each customer and partner in the coming weeks on specific integration plans and who their single point of contact will be.

Who is my point of contact for CoSo Managed Services?

All CoSo Secure Private Cloud customers will continue to work with their Customer Success Manager for managed services.

How will the ownership change affect my company/processes/business relationship?

This change is a positive move for all. We are now a larger, stronger company with more resources, skills, capability, and solutions to better serve our customers. We will retain and grow our customer-centric culture. We will integrate the development and support teams to ensure best of class enterprise customer care along with an expanded portfolio of product and services.

What is the name of the combined company?

The combined entity will operate as CoSo Cloud, LLC.

Are there any changes to where to send invoices and purchase orders?
