ConnectSolutions is now CoSo Cloud LLC,
an AASKI Company

As of April 1, 2017, ConnectSolutions has become CoSo Cloud LLC, an AASKI company.  We are incredibly excited by the acquisition of our company by a fast-growing business that intends to continue our exciting mission as a trusted private managed cloud services provider for commercial and government customers.

How does this impact CoSo Cloud?
CoSo Cloud will continue to provide secure, reliable Managed and Private Cloud Services for its commercial and federal government customers while expanding its market coverage and breadth of service offerings.  CoSo Cloud will continue to operate out of its central San Francisco headquarters office as a wholly owned Cloud Managed Services business. The entire company remains intact with Glen Vondrick reporting into AASKI’s CEO, Bharat Parikh, and will serve as a member of the AASKI executive team

How does this relationship benefit CoSo’s customers?
AASKI and CoSo Cloud will combine ConnectSolutions’ strength and expertise in Managed and Cloud Services for secure and reliable virtual classroom training and web conferencing with AASKI’s Mission Focused, Customer Centric ® service offerings providing our combined blue-chip commercial and Government customers a stronger and wider combination of service offerings!

Both companies have customers with mission critical business needs and successful experience providing customer service.  AASKI Technology provides professional services for planning, designing, implementing, securing, and managing highly complex, mission-critical network and systems.

How will my service be impacted?
There will be no impact to your service or business.   You will continue to work with your dedicated customer success manager and we will continue to provide outstanding service.  Over time, you can expect to see further investment in CoSo Cloud and broader and stronger service offerings as we fully integrate with AASKI.

What happens to my meetings URLs?
For now there is no change to how you access the platform.  Your customer specific URLs to login in the portal and existing meeting URLs remain as is.  You will continue to log in exactly as you have been to access your meetings and recordings, as well as to create new meetings.

How do I reach CoSo?

I need to reach my Customer Success Manager?
You can continue to reach your Customer Success Manager or Account Manager through their same email address and phone number. You can also reach your existing customer success manager or account manager through their new their Coso Cloud email address: Firstname.Lastname@cosocloud.com.

Any changes to where to send invoices?
Accounting will provide updated banking information on your invoice starting April 1, 2017.  Invoices will begin to be transitioned to AASKI Headquarters in Tinton Falls, NJ.  The preferred payment method is ACH/Wire transfer.

How do I log into CoSo Insights (CSI)?
To access CoSo Insights, for now you will continue to log in via https://csiwest.connectsolutions.com/#/login or https://csieast.connectsolutions.com/#/login depending on if you’re located near the East Coast or West Coast. If you have problems, please reach out to your customer success manager.
