New Appointments Help Drive UC Vision as Market for Expert Managed and Professional Services Continues to Grow

SAN FRANCISCO, October 12, 2015—ConnectSolutions (CoSo), the trusted professional and managed solutions provider for Skype for Business and Adobe Connect, today announced the company has expanded its leadership team with the appointment of application platform and enterprise software veteran Andrew “Pete” Peterson as well as key executive promotions from within the company. Led by CEO Glen D. Vondrick, the move enables the company to capitalize on continued growth as CoSo strengthens its leadership position in the rapidly growing market for Unified Communications.

A 25-year industry veteran, Peterson joins CoSo as Chief Operating Officer after having built a successful career as a leader in building world-class software development teams and running SaaS data center operations in high-growth organizations. Pete brings veteran experience in all levels of technical management and will lead the company’s engineering, network operations, customer support, and service delivery teams.

Previously, Peterson served as CTO at UP Communications and as VP Product Development and Operations at Xtiva Financial Systems after holding various senior-level engineering and product development leadership roles at Adomo, Inc., Callidus Software, and Siebel Systems. Peterson holds a BS in Computer Science from Purdue University and an MA in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco.

Christopher Martini, CoSo’s former VP of Sales, Western Region, has been promoted to VP, Skype Business. As such, he is responsible for leading CoSo’s overall efforts and strategy related to Skype for Business, including sales, marketing, business development, and customer success. Christopher brings twenty years of experience in enterprise technology as a user, supplier, and marketer of Microsoft technologies. Prior to CoSo, he managed Channel Sales for Avanade and held high-level leadership roles at Primitive Logic and Microsoft. While at Microsoft, Christopher served as Chairman of the Microsoft VAR leadership Council for two years, helping Microsoft strengthen relationships with some of their largest VAR partners.

Additionally, newly-appointed VP, Connect Business Stephanie Nevin moves up from her VP of Channel Sales and Partnerships post to lead the sales, marketing, business development and customer success team in the Adobe Connect revenue ecosystem. Stephanie is a technology industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in sales, business development, and marketing roles, including having served as a sales executive previously at Sendmail Inc. and Socialware Inc.
