Marc is CoSo Cloud’s Federal Customer Success Manager, where he works with about 2 dozen state and federal government accounts in all aspects of their Adobe Connect initiatives. He has an extensive background in Customer Success and Account Management for technology companies, including Intuit, PGi, and Sitecore (where he helped create the Customer Success Team from scratch), and has even been interviewed as an industry influencer for several Customer Success-related podcasts. Marc has an MBA (emphasis in International Management) and a BA (emphasis in Communications) from San Francisco State University.
